★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is sloppy. They won't do their work done untill you shout at them. Manager is always on his phone on call and is useless as a upper management. If you tell him the issue that you are facing he will simply reinstate his life issue with you. Not a good branch at all. Manager got some issue in his personal life and it reflects on his office work. You will always find 1-2 customers shouting or irritated with the branches facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff! Pathetic service! These guys operate like people used to do in medieval times. A few days back, I went there to get the account statement of my wife's SB AC. The lady at the helpdesk was completely uncooperative and was more interested in dealing with her naughty kid. I asked her to issue me the statement but she bluntly refused me though I had shown her the authorization letter from my wife. Unsatisfied with the response, I went to complain about the issue to the manager. The manager, a guy in his mid 30s, asked me the reason for statement issuance. When I replied that I require the same for home loan he started pitching me to take the loan from him. When I politely declined his offer, he bluntly refused to entertain my request and said "Dakhiye! Aap home branch me jaaiye naa!"
