β β β β β I thought I was the only one feeling the cashiers are rude. KMP Royal I agree with you worst customer service in the bank. Like one reviewer mentioned the area is very dry forget about international standards atleast maintain national standards grow some trees.

β β β β β I recently visited this andhra bank regional office for my deceased account claim settlement here having andhra bank branch and also regional office of andhra bank it was at the upside or first floor I fell very difficult to find that way finally reached here customer support was not better his/her not full fill customer complaints here office time was 10 am to 4 pm

β β β β β The lady cashiers are very rude to all customers. I was standing in line to deposit money in bank and one lady cashier was on phone and asked me to go to the next counter a rude jesture with her hand since she was busy on phone. We went to another counter and the lady cashier gave a nasty look (as the other cashier was on phone she was taking it on us customers) and was very rude. The customer service lady was very nice and polite despite being extremely busy. Busier than all the employees in the bank. The management should focus on customer service. The watch man at the gate was very polite and directed us to the right person. Please improve customer service as without customers your bank would be closed. Also put strict rules that employees during work hours should not be on personal phone for a longtime. Overall disappointed and I am a frequent customer of the bank who visits bank atleast four to five times a month and this is the case 90 % of the time
