★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearly a week back , a cheque was deposited and it is dishonoured, no fault on our part.
The branch personnel said that it was system fault and it will be corrected.
I tried to contact over phone. Went to net and searched for the telephone no.when I phoned, that gentleman says" I am transferred to another branch" .
So, I have to go personally , wasting time and money.
