★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience from the bank. Not all responsible. Opened an account by paying 2000.i have observed in their passbook printed that ""along with checkbook 2000".they didn't not gave any check book or ATM.we thought it will come by post so we were waiting. After 15 days we went to the bank for enquiry regarding the cheque book and atm.we approached a senior lady there and we asked her regarding our problem she replied that we have to again fill a application for atm.i asked her that we have made a tick in the application itself for atm but why we have to fill a separate application??.and why don't you informed us regarding that on that day itself.moreover all the banks are issuing the atm on the day of account opening itself why don't you. Then she in a high pitched voice told that in this bank it is like that only and if you have problem then why u opened account in this bank.I told her give respect to the customer. A new customer is valuable to a bank .then she showed her hand waved and ask me to leave.I left and approached a senior person he politely guided me to fill the application for atm and given me the atm and pin then itself. I asked him for cheque book ,he told after 6 months.
But my problem still not resolved after getting atm from them till now (nearly 6 days )it was not activated.daily going and checking in the atm machine.
