★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of Politics in the office. Favouritism concept within the group for allotment of audits. No intra group discussion and no sharing of observation within the different team members in the office. No support of Team Leader at the time of Audit. Monitory compensation some how good. But this is not sufficient if you are mentally stressed during and after the work. Utilisation of personal email id for the purpose of work. No allotment of official email id during my tenure of 2.5 years. Totally Unprofessionalism.
