Just security needs to be polite to all who enters the building be it maid, teachers, or anyother vendor. Don't treat people nicely only because they are rich. Treat people nicely because you are human.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The third gate is the only gate for entry to visitors if someone outside wants to visit restaurants/cafes in the compound. And that gate is not very much visible. Moreover, the strangest thing I found at the entry gate is when I quoted I wanted to go to Starbucks, the security asked what did I want to do there. Happened multiple times, didn't like that.
As far as the entire properly is concerned, its very well maintained, adequate parking space, spacious, some green zones.
