Please don't go with Piramal housing loan as Sales staff is very poor, No proper communication, Many wrong commitment by the sales staff. There is no proper online tracking, no proper escalation matrix and many more. Just after 2 months of pre EMI they increases the interest rate. Overall not happy with the sales staff.
After one yesr still they did not processed the PMAY claim. its totally cheating with customer.
