★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being the famous chain it is, we expect standardisation of the chai we get from here. But the taste of the same variant of chai varies from time to time. Making it something like u get good chai if you are lucky types. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cutting chai in ginger.. masala.. jaggery.. etc are the speciality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered two milkshakes, Mango and Chocolate.
First of the portion size was very strange. Please see the picture and the picture will tell you all the story. it brings a thousand doubts in your mind when you see it. Plus there was no seal/sticker, so that no one can open the bottles. Such negligence was not expected from the outlet.
Talking about tase i would rate it 2 stars.
Not recommended at all for online orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place for a good, healthy cup of chai. Truly enjoyed the tea. Small shop, but a really good one. Holds true to the quality one would expect from a Chai Point outlet. Only Kuldeep was available at the store. He was friendly and his service was quick. All the items at the place are reasonably priced too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated in Peninsula Corporate Park on the ground floor near the reception, I had been there on a Friday evening .. Ambience is decent. There were two tables in the corner but only 2 chairs as against 2 for each table. Quite cramped up in the corner and the bin very close to the table. Tried the Chocolate Shake in this drenching summer, it was quite mediocre lacking the coolness as well as the Chocolate Shake . Expected it to be thick and also found the quantity to be less than the usual.
