★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No fair pricing. Charge different rates for different customers. Service disruption almost every week. Unprofessional technicians. There were other service providers as well but I choose ANI because my friend suggested. I continued for 8 months (even after facing problems) because I didn't want my work to hamper(that doesn't me I was satisfied with service). Internet goes while I am in a meeting, nobody answers calls on complaint mobile number. Sometimes, rude technicians says "1 ghante mein chal jayega". Is this the service level ANI provides to it's customers? My internet need is still not over but had to discontinue because of poor service and false promise. Some day I had to loose my cool.

1. Not consistent at all.
2. Charges are high compared to other networks ( 50MPBS -1000Rs)
3. Service is not good(Labours are generally not available)
4. Non cooperative staff.
