★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a sure shot or sound support from them if your internet runs into problems due to outdoor fiber faults post evening.
There was a time when service was like 5/5, like you call them and a service guy was there for resolution in an hour and now they reply helplessness for any hardware issues post evening and you have to wait till the next morning for resolution or call it your good fortune if things are resolved.
Post pandemic internet requirements have become 24*7, and the isp doesn't look sincere with new requirement of times.
You will need a backup internet connection if you want a connection for work level reliability, for entertainment purposes these are still manageable issues.
New plans are good but they have made the payment system rigid, pushing for quarterly payment plans for old users to get speed equal to plans for new users.
Was a very happy customers once, even recommended many of my peers into this isp but sadly it's not that great these days.
Just hope they appreciate the feedback and understand perspective of every customer, else this was a very reliable and good isp I think faridabad had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thugs asked for 1500 security for DTH and at the time of uninstallation , they claimed it was just 1000 and never came to pick up their stuff and never refunded money. Also at the course of their services, they forced online payments and asked for 80 rs every month if i decided to pay in cash. They are private BSNL providers, their owner blatantly ignored my messages as well.
EDIT: One of their staff member had the audacity to call me and ask me to remove the review in return for 500 rs. When I claimed the refundable security was 1500 he claimed "aapke according toh ek laakh bhi ho skti h toh ek laakh dede." if you don't have proof you'll not receive anything. Ironically I receive a call from them every Month renouncing cheaper plans. Its funny how 3rd class service providers think this is just a price war and customer will go with the cheapest option and agree at the cost of their self respect and also much needed service. I'll gladly suggest better alternatives to anyone who can't afford the better fiber services.
