★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad network provider, i have lost my RS 2100. start with 3 month plan. call 50 time but customer care had never listen my complain. even they were unable to tell my customer ID.i m not giving you explanation in details. i had very bad experience rest upto you! Kundan Nagar New Delhi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ well its been more than 3 years since i have their connection. and i must say i rarely face any issues their plans are cheap and speed id great 5g speeds are really great and they got customer care working 24x7.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is cheap but that doesn't work because the connectivity and customer support even local area technicians are pathetic, in one month i have complaint almost 5 times, they have closed the same without resolving the issue. In sept'21 i visited their office, receptionist said we cannot give you the technican details for resolution, i was so helpless at that time and arguments started then i called police to avoid any baseless allegations from their side as they are mindless

When you were new with your network services, we were wishing for the bright future and success of your company and expecting a good service from your side but unfortunately you failed to make your customers happy.
Thank you for your brilliant services like being non-answerable to your customers, unable to attend our calls as you remain busy in solving others problems still don't end with zero complaints.
In the end, i would like to wish for your company but i dont think you will get valuable customers with such services
