within 12 PM next day but even at 6pm they did not
sent me the report through WhatsApp inspite of my
repeated request.The delivery man took Rs.550.00
extra than what their manager informed me.
You may have to go through rough time for your
Pets treatment due to delay of report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was informed about this place by Dr.Aparajita. This was my first experience. Everything went smoothly and promptly. Reports were delivered within a few hours. However, I had to call many times before I was given details about the personel who was to come over to get the blood samples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor infrastructure, no proper billing their invoice is like any random club collecting chanda for pujo. They used local razor (Khur) to shave of my baby's hair for Ultrasound. Overall experience is very bad and they call us to post good feedback, so you will see many postive comments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good facility, the only point lacking is cleanliness. The place needs to be more cleaner, there was blood on the x-ray table. They did offer to clean the table before my dog was asked to lay down on it. However, the cloth that they were using to wipe was itself very dirty.

We opted for home collection (we live outside kolkata) , communication was clear and concise, they arrived on the scheduled time on the next day and collected blood sample with utter professinalism. Test results were shared via whatsApp, we wanted one more test done after that and that too has been delivered without any hassle. Payment can be cash as well as via payment apps. Price was also fair. Moreover we would definitely call them if needed again and would recommend them to everyone.

Due to covid situation they said that physical reports aren’t being handed out, which is totally understandable, instead they’re sending the report over Whatsapp. I received the report the day after sample collection, which is really fast. The whole experience was great.
