★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not update timing. Because we are go there with our cat and they said it's closed. Timings are 9 am to 12.30 pm. When I saw on map it's tells that hospital open for 2pm and they not taking calls. Because of the journey our cat was die.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is absolutely a good place for medical treatment. But if your pet is in critical condition and needs surgery and if you can afford, kindly go somewhere else. My pet had a leg surgery and it turned out infectious and almost to an extent of amputation. The students here are learning and probably will treat your pet as a subject. They opened my dog's freshly performed surgery leg outside the open area and they have no sense of dressing or aftercare. Plus the place and OT is unhygienic. They will not go through your pets medical history or won't sit with you and explain any procedure. If anything happens to your pet, at the end of the day, they won't take responsibility. So not only your pet but you will suffer as well. And you might end up losing your four legged furry friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are inhuman. They just work as they have to with no purpose to serve. If my pup had a second chance I would consult the doctors there for sure but would prefer to continue the treatment from private institutes. The only time they take things seriously is when all you can do is to bury you peace of heart as everything is finished.
Moral of the story doctors are good for guidance not primary treatment. So you can go to privet institutions continue treatment there and verify from the doctors here. All the best.

Firstly I went to Dr Goutam mukherjee (GET WELL PET CENTRE, PET CARE are the names of his chamber) in the months April, may, June. His health started getting bad.
Not satisfied with him I went to MOITRI VET CLINIC (DR SOURAV BANERJEE). I gave treatment from July 2019 to Feb 2020 n his health became worse. All possible medicines, vaccinations ,lotions , talcums, antibiotics were given, at last he was on saline water. Nothing worked.
At last to save my pet's life I went to government hospital BELGACHIA VET HOSPITAL. Though I never had any experience of govt hospitals before but BY GOD'S GRACE i got a doctor who just saw my dog's conditions n confidently said just one medicine I will prescribe. Ur dog's skin irritation will go will go away in 3 weeks.
That doctor is DR. P S JANA. I AM VERY THANKFUL TO HIM
Now I got the difference between pvt n govt hospital's doctor. Pvt doctors are doing business n making money. Trust me. The amt of money I have given to those pvt doctors n chambers u can't even think off. I had to visit twice in every month with doc fees, uber cost, medications each time new one.
These so called Private vet doc have limited knowledge n they go on and on but will never let u know the truth of ur patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible experience i had day before yesterday , I went with my pet in a emergency condition but the response of doctor was 0.1%. He treated us like we are the begger and he was doing us a favour.. He was surrounded with junior doctors and not talked with us directly. Juniors were discussing with us and knowing the problems but not got a single response from main doctor..
Feeled like we were in a training center and my pet is a training material.. Requesting management to take this on serious note and act accordingly.. Cause we are treated our pet as a family member and it's hurts when this type of neclegence done by a GOVT Hospital...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now honestly, this is quite less expensive as compared to private treatments but if you really feel saving a mere Rs 300 is something of a great deal by bringing your pet here,then honestly,you should not own a pet.
This place is government sponsored, they are allotted financial aid ,yearly but they only tend to upgrade what I could have seen the entrance gate, the facilities for the students and quarters,nothing else.
I will start talking about the emergency clinic which says is open 24 hrs,(which they are not),if you come here,you should have to yourself all the medicines and equipments cause there isn't anything here. Nothing. And especially if your cat/dog is an Indian breed then, it is absolutely UNTOUCHABLE to them.
My medicine cabinet ,is far more equipped and stocked than their medicine pantry.The tables are disgusting,unclen,and the staff are terrible,if I really weren't that desperate, I would definitely punched a hole in one the compounder face who had no idea how to administer saline. He had punctured my dog veins so much,that poor creature was traumatized . The veins were swollen.
The OUTDOOR is managed, you make a ticket and wait for all eternity .They DO NOT CARE. Doctors are celebrities, words have to be requested out of their mouth. Divas! Beyonce would pale in comparison to them.
The compounders, especially BABU,one look at him and you would know that this person is evil.
He pathetic, doesn't know squat ,has a white coat on and baamm! He is a doctor!
The area where one needs to put thier pet is next to a garbage pit and it reeks,it is absolutely disgusting.
They treat patients with no humanity.
The junior trainees are also absolutely unprofessional, they would be busy talking amongst themselves but won't tend to you until you plead them.
Wrong diagnosis is common,I have lost my pet today and I believe, that I rather not have any animal than ever come this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the senior doctors whom I interacted with to be well experienced, methodical and professional. In my case, I found their diagnostic skills to be excellent. I was helped promptly by the doctors in attending to my sick GSD.
The set up is an excellent facility. However, it requires upkeep, maintenance and focus on cleanliness.
