★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt you people are doing great jobs for the animal welfare but just take one initiative to provide a van facility for collecting the injured animals and dropping them to the hospital or animal care. It would be great help from your end .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars. I called on the number but the talking sence was worst and the doctors never came to my house for treatment of my pet and when I contacted again the number they just say the doctor will come and cut the phone but the doctor never arrived. The worst service providers ever.
I called on this number they registered my complaint but after many hours I contacted them again they said that doctor is busy but the doctor never arrived. Due to this type of service my 3 stray dogs died but I'll never forget this and if I get any opportunity I'll take a strict action against the customer care executive's.

complain continuously for 3 days for street dog but still they are not came and always said that our van is in the case.
same complain i do again and again for 3 days .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pigeon was sick. It could not move. So we called the Helpline I e.1962. They picked up phone (I beg to differ with other reviews) and politely told me that this service is available from 8.00 to 8.00 PM. There are good numbers of calls they are attending to. So, will try to come at the earliest possible.
I am happy to share that within 10 minutes I received. Call from a lady doctor asking for exact location because they had already reached the landmark given by me.
She was very polite and humble lady doctor who immediately started treatment and took the Pigeon with them.
I am indeed happy to take a note of the expedious services and offer my sincere appreciation to the Lady Doctor and the driver who also helping her in treatment.
It was a very good experience for me.
