Hotel & resort are very bad.
You've been shown nice pics of hotels and resorts but you get hotels Worse than Dharamsala.
Video coach bus are for name only.
you won't get a timely food and breakfast.
Really very Bogus.
I fail to understand why they get such big name.??

.only one thing need improve and it is food.
They give very very simply food during tour....we all know simple food is good but need some spices for good mood.... during travel.......
So food is weak point other everything good....

β β β β β Quality of service is not as per brand name. My experience is not much satisfying. Our bus was like S.T. bus. Seats were in very bad conditions, out of 40-42 seats single push back was not working. Allotment of rooms at hotels was not professional. If you reach first at hotel counter, you will get good room, if you are late then worst room. At Delhi,Manali, Bikaner they have allotted me single room on fifth floor, and family rooms were allotted to single couple. Quality of food was average. Attitude of the tour manager was not professional. Rate of tickets per person was 20500 plus gst, which was very high among other tour operators, but quality of service is below average.
