From now I will never book ticket for any journey and also suggest other people not book tickets from patel tour and travels . I know patel tour and travel will not affect from this but it will affect ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked ticket from shirdi to rajkot, ac sleeper and from ahmedabad we had to change our bus till rajkot and that was seater bus, we weren't informed for this and when we talked to staff about it , he was not bothered ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever I had experienced. This is the 5th or 6th time worst experience I had, charging plug broken, the stand was also broken, the light was not working also main light in the walking space blinking only, two times tyre burst on the highway we have to halt on the highway for two hours and then other bus came from Ahmedabad to pick up all the passengers and reached 3 hours late to Ahmedabad also bus was with full of dust no window glasses were there a window was covered by thermocol sheet also in some windows glasses were jammed, and they just dropped all passengers at Paldi only However there are lots of passenger of Geeta Mandir and CTM. When passengers were requested to drop their selected dropping points Driver and main office manager argued and fought and said they are not responsible to drop you on selected points now and very rudeness behaviour from their staff. I don't have an option that's y have to select Patel it was some emergency that's y I had selected this bus. There were few students as well in the bus who came to give an exam they were also delayed. Very very poor service and response from Paldi Branch. they were reacted like they doesn't care about the passengers. Paldi manager asked us to go hire an auto and go by ourselves. I request you all don't go with this travel agency. This is my genuine feedback. Had travelled on 19th March from Mandvi to Ahmedabad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting experience. Never choose Patel Travels. My boarding time was 9.15 PM and place was Patel Travels Paldi office. After waiting for 30 minutes at 9.45 PM they told passengers that bus is not coming to Paldi, and force us to travel in a pick up mini parcel bus. Also there is not enough seats for all passengers. When I ask for the seats their behavior was like go to hell. They argued with me and used lot of abusive words. I am going to file a police complaint and also file a case in consumer forum. #Boycott Patel Travels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible bus service.I had booked an AC bus from Ahmedabad to Nagpur.After boarding the bus, we noticed that the air condition in the bus was not working.The heat was so much that the inside of the bus was suffocating.Despite repeated complaints, the bus drivers did not take any action.After reaching the highway, when we had come far away from the city, the bus driver put the bus near an office and said that the bus would go like this.Some people said that arrange another bus, in which the air condition is working and some people said that we have to reach Nagpur urgently, then you take us like this.Patel bus service people behaved very dirty. With us people and getting us off the bus said that the bus will no longer go ahead.The behavior of the staff of Patel Bus Service is very bad. They did a lot of wrong things to us. Taking us out of the city and landing on the road like this was very dirty. If we had time, we would definitely file a court case or police complaint against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Connectivity to various destinations is good. With enough frequency to all places that they take us. Half of the buses are of good quality, specially sleeper buses. Rest, there are some challenges. They manages so many passengers so you might feel them to be rude sometimes, but overall good travel experience with them. Punctuality is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was worst service of Patel. They have cancelled my bus twice. And than on refund they said for 5 to 6 days. I would say never to use the " Patel tour and travel App". Once payment done with their app will not get refund. No time value, Never on time reaching. Always late. Worst Service ??.. I want my refund ??
