★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I booked the ticket on 14th aug for 9:30 Ahmedabad- Mum bus
GJ-1 CU 5678 bus number. we were charged double the fare - 1200/- instead of regular 600/- fare. When the bus reached ahmd expressway 1 tyre got punctured and we were stranded for 1 hr in ahmd toll naka. it was changed with spare tyre but after travelling 70 kms it again got puntured .(2 different tyres now) since there was no stepknee and jack we had to wait for 2 hrs to get it from some place. Hence we were stranded for 4 hrs and looking for this losing our sleep at night.
By the time 7:30 when we should have reached mum , we had not even crossed baroda.
All this time we were repeatedly trying to contact the bus owner and there people however no help came. the owner was only communicating with driver and didn't receive any of our calls. When we somehow reached mumbai(borivli) at second day evening 4:45pm and asked for refund of undue amount ( charges which were doubled in last moments) we were shoved off by owner saying that he won;t refund anything and that we can do anything we want.
I have written this reveiw only to make people aware not to fall prey to such thugs and be careful while you book.

Most terrible experience I've ever had. Was traveling to Mumbai, they turned it off the AC, seats were sticky as muddy. They changed me 700 RS more than regular. Driver and conducted were so rude when I told them to turned on the AC. Got boiled inside the bus and made a call to the Jay travels, he wasn't even ready to listen when I was complaining to him and said this is wrong number and dropped the call off .
Guys this is my humble request to all of you who is seeking for tickets and travelling for Mumbai just don't go by this creepy bus even after they offer a free fair.

if you want peace of mind don't go with this travels. terible experience bus is broken old and very jurky. don't ever book ticket in this travels.
i booked ticket from agmedabad to mumbai bus:GJ-ICU-5678 i went to travel agent bus stops far away from office and they don't provide proper address of pickup point and talks very roughly. i endup running here and there finally by luck i found bus.
then another troble. i booked 3rd row seat and then they sifted me to last row.
once you have paid money you cant get out of this total waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked bus for Mumbai to Ahmedabad at regular fare of rs 600. Bus condition wad ok and Seats were good.
It got delayed by 2 hrs and finally left passengers 3 km before CTM in ahd... saying if we enter city after 6am then there is fine. Its estimated time to reach narol waw already 9.30 which was after 6am.
Also my seat was changed without informing and was only conveyed to me after 15km of initial journey.
