We went in couple tour on 25th of November 2019 with Jirawala.
I am very disappointed by jirawala's manager.
His name is Samir. Very rude person and wrong guideable person.
No customers value.
First of all we got broken push back seat.
There were 3 couples, Seats are not working proper. We told manager he only gave us temporary solution. Whole trip we seated on improper seat.
We also faced another issue regarding changing of schedule. He was not stable on his word.
Mumbai Darshan was not in schedule we denied for it but he fight with us and forcefully ready to join in that. We were so much tired on that day. we denied also but samir(manager) not understand.
Worst experience.
He is always trying to find his own benefit.
Lots of commission fixed at shopping by them.
I will never prefer Jirawala for future couple tour.
Very dissapointed from Jirawala's Service.
Request you please check all seats before start any journey and arrange proper humble and honest manager to traveller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great downfall experience with jirawala tourism.
There manager not stable with there own schedule booklet during trip.
I've been joined the trip Mahableshwr-Goa-Lonawala-, which is initiated on 25th November.
In between manager forced all tourist to visit mumbai darshan (specially haji-ali dargah)
from us almost 8 to 10 couple denied, and later on manager personally talk to expectional couple and they get ready to visit mumbai darshan. (And skipped lonawala-khandala site-seen from schedule).
Now we only 3 couple remaining, at finally manager said, you couple seat in the bus and wait for us for full day and we all will visit mumbai darshan.
And also manager behaviour is not good, at last his talking tone completely changed and rudely behave with us.
I request jirawala, please arrange well educated, Good nature and understand the value of customers (specially newly married couple)
Kinda manager with all your upcoming journey, so in future no any new or wedding couple will face same issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trip was ok. But Don't like the service they provided.
1) Trip manager (name: Boby) : 1 star
He does not have sound experience, he is very boring person. He planned whole trip with woke up early morning all the days during the trip. He took commission in all the paid services like hire the taxi for sight seen and all. We feel like cheated.
2) Food quality : 0 star
Food quality is almost 0. We found acidity, vomit and food poisoning problems among all the trip members. Very unhygienic food they provided.
3) Hotel rooms : 1 star (see photos)
All Hotels are kind of "Dharam Shala". Very compact rooms with no any proper room services. AC & Room heater is also not provided in hotels. They told to provide standard category rooms but they cheated in this criteria. Hotel rooms that provided are very cheaper rates (within 500-600 not more than that). You can also found the same in oyo/make my trip.
4) Journey in bus : 1 star
One can tired by traveling almost 9-10 hours in single day/night. They told only 1 or 2 night journey while booking, but the reality is almost all the days you travel over the night.
I personally do not recommend to go with jirawala (specially more than 5 days trip)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not a good choice if you're looking for a pleasant experience, if you're looking for budget trip it might work but as per my experience you will not get what you are expecting from the brand name. Please make sure about your bus and pay all amount after you see the bus they r providing. The bus they provided to me was in a very bad condition and uncomfortable. I took 14 day trip with them , they says only 2 full night journeys but almost all nights you're travelling. Food is 3/5 and very unhygienic make sure you have sanitizers to clean hands and utensils. If you are planning for a tour with JIRAWALA TOURISM then please read my review.
I did a tour with Jirawala in the mid of Dec 2019 for Mahabaleshwar, Panchgini, Goa and Lonavla.
They provided the excellent service in the entire journey. They bring their cook in the tour. They provide the pure vegetarian food [Gujarati/Punjabi]. They will provide 2 water bottles every day.
Please find the summary below,
Mahabaleshwar/Panchgini:
- 1 room for a couple with enough space, good bed, bathroom.
- One problem here is the hotel provide the hot water for 2 hours [7AM to 9AM]
- Good management for food.
- Sight seeing by taxi by own expense [They will arrange 1 taxi between 2 couples]
Goa:
- 2BHK for 2 couples [2 couples can stay together in separate bed rooms]
- 24 hours hot water.
- Good management for food
- Sight seeing by the tour bus
- Dancing Cruise and See Dolphin by boat will be by own expense [They will arrange these at good cost]
- Francis [very jolly guide] will make your trip memorable
Lonavla: 1 room for a couple
- 24 hours hot water.
- Good management for food
- Imagica park visit by own expense.
You will need minimum 4k extra.
You will enjoy a lot with JIRAWALA TOURISM; good manager, cook, guide.
My tour manager was Aiyub Rana who has very good nature.
My personal opinion is to go with the Jirawala Tourism and enjoy the moments. They try their best to make our trip enjoyable and memorable.

One advise, after visit imagica park please take light food in the evening otherwise you will get sick.
