★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very poor poor service..they don't take responsibilities of yours parcel.So here's my case I loaded my bike from Mumbai Shivam office Borivali East at that time they were pretty sure and they were literally convincing me that nothing will happen to your bike this is our daily work and all, but when I received my bike next day there were dent on my petrol tank when I informed them about the same they were like that's not are responsibility if you were not sure about our services you should have driven your bike to Ahmedabad.This is the answer what I get from both the offices.. really very poor service and they have no sense how to treat there customer. I would personally suggest don't go for there any services.

They are taking 20 Rs. extra for unloading for my envelope cover @ Ahmedabad (destination)office after paying full payment from Borivali east office. I asked for bill they refused to giving. Tax Chor people they are. Do not trust them. New generation robbers they are.
