★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is supportive gives the right information. The place is inside so you might not be able to see it from traffic. The bus was however better than my expectations. It was on time neat and clean and the driver was good the way he drove. I was very comfortable with the seats and sleeping docks. Really recommended . Good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trust me, This is the worst travel company I have ever been in. The busses are mostly late with very poor sanitisation. The behaviour of bus driver and conductor was very rude and inappropriate. Even the person at ticket counter is rude. During past 3 months I travelled 4 time out of which 2 times the bus was late by 15-20mins, 1 time it was almost 1hr late and we had to wait outside and the other time the bus brokedown midway leaving us stranded... No compensation for getting late or damaged seats or anything. They charge less because of the poor condition of buses and less rating.
I'm never going to travel with this travel agency again. PLEASE DONT USE THIS BUS SERVICE... This one star only because I reached my destination in one piece other wise this deserves rating in negative.

solved
I was totally suffering cold in this winter due to un available curtain on H SEAT.I report about this but driver or no one take care of this
I advise passenger DO NOT TRAVEL IN THIS TYPE OF TRAVEL OTHERWISE YOU WILL GET SUFFERING A LOT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since 2018 I was travels in indore ahmedabad by punjab travels bust this time I have booked punjab travels but I saw that intercity bus going on the name of punjab travels. intercity driver and support stuff is unprofessional, ruddley talk to each passenger,catch local passenger at CTM, dakor, so I request all of you if you booked your ticket on the name punjab travels first confrom and last punjab travels bus is better than Intercity travels bus.
