★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The seats of the bus are dusty and smell unusually bad. The employees are not responsive. Also, the urinal facilities are not available (in the bus they are of poor quality)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus between Ajmer to Jodhpur was 50mins late, and the pick up point unclear, even the taxi driver from hotel had to ask 3*nearby store owners where the pick up was listed on my ticket.
This was a 4.5hr journey, the buses only travel 45mph, and cost 600 rupees. I had the upper bunk near front on nearside. Shared curtain with bunk below so you can't open to look out the window without disturbing your neighbour passenger.
Mobile charge port but no mobile holder, no complimentary bottle of water, there was WiFi but since the driver or server don't speak English they couldn't give the password, so this was a very basic service.
The sliding privacy glass also didn't have a clip, so when the driver braked hard it would open 2".
Also with the tickets are unclear the drop off points so had to use Google maps to see how close to hotel I was, but ended up using a Tuk Tuk for final 4km of my journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best travels in Ahmedabad providing best bus services. The buses are very good with proper facilities, buses are clean and staff is also very supportive. If someone wants to travel by bus then you can definitely refer to this travel. Overall good experience.

I booked Pooja travel(Ahmedabad to jodhpur ac with washroom ) from redbus for my parents (age 58 and 56) and I got Pooja travel bus number xxxx xx 3200 and contact number. My parents waited till time and when bus arrived my parent try to get bus, conductor told them that this is not your bus. Then they told them another bus which was in very bad condition without washroom. My parents came from hospital. I wasn't expecting that kind of behaviour from bus agent. I called them again and again more then 30 times... But they didn't pick the call after that.
Please book very carefully with this travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever go with this travel. Very very bad experience. They even not deserve 1 star rating. Driver is very bad. He don't know the direction of jaipur. Very poor management. I called to management for the same, even they were not ready to listen. Very bad experience. My suggestion not to go with this travel.
