★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked AC bus 4 tickets from ahmedabad to dwarka, for me and my family. (Night 11:30 boarding from jaldi office)
Bad experience started from booking office manager, I was new in ahmedabad so called him and asked the address but he got so annoyed and irritated.
The bus is so smelly and unhygienic that it is very difficult to be in but I don't have an option.
The bus driver and conductor are so rude and arrogant, the passenger are making request to stop the bus somewhere so that they can go for toilet but they are saying that there is no place having toilets in between ahmedabad and dwarka and my female family member went toilet in open at the night time.
They are stopping bus every 15 min to take new passengers but not even bothering about the passenger onboard already.
Now again they have to go for toilet but they can't. Many good hotels and restaurants are passing through but driver is not stopping bus there and repeatedly saying that the passengers have to go for toilet in open.
Very disgusting and inhuman, un professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ two couples traveled through this third class staff and service from Dwarka to Ahmedabad ( Bus No: GJ 03 BW 9863)..
Dont book this travels in your life because :
1. Extremely negative attitude and DADAGIRI of staff
2. They said you cant put luggage in luggage area as there is oil so we were forces to keep heavy bags with us on our seats so total uncomfortable journey from Dwarka to Ahmedabad
3. Suddenly from Jamnagar they loaded heavy luggages from one merchant of Jamnagar and charged him 800 Rs in front of us . We were totally shocked as before just few minutes we were stooped to put luggage. So the entire staff is liar and just doing dadagiri.
4. They said it would be non stop however did almost 5 to 6 stops and halts so that they can enjoy faki and masala party.
5. At the last halt at Darshan hotel (Limdi) , they just gave 10 minutes
to finish dinner and getting freshed which is next to impossible. My son even could not take bio break and they literally scolded us like anything. Definable these people must be brought to consumer forum.
If after reading this review , owner is not taking any stern actions against their staff and not even taking one step ahead in improvement in their behaviour . May Dwarkadhish bless them in their business!!!
Rest bus quality is extremely good , but the staff will fight with you like anything
