★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience, Instead of injury to passenger due to mistake of bus operator , Driver didn't stop the Bus for the treatment & care of passenger, this is incident of 13.02.2022, They are concerned about passengers, it's very dangerous to travel in Gujarat Travels .
Called customer care but they don't want to even listen , here is the photos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was very bad. We Booked tickets by paying extra amount not to get a service like this. This is an AC bus but has no proper service of AC.
Also I was shocked to see the hospitality, when a fellow passenger went to complain he was hurt badly in the office at Ahemdabad. Like even if we want to complain then we are hit. I Highly don't recommend this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, there were no blankets, and there is no head room one cannot sit on upper deck. And the bus is too old, the seats were shaking whole time, no proper suspension. When booking the ticket it was promised it will be a Volvo bus and amenities like blanket will be give but none was true. When asked for blankets the driver said it’s put for wash and it was not available, what is this? We are paying full money to you, we not travelling for free. If the owners are reading this it’s an humble request please upgrade your bus and provide good service, we are paying our hard earned money to you value that.

First they charge you then they will do last minute cancellation or even hellishly delay the journey at the end moment.
Award- Worst kind of service in whole of India(Keep it up)
Never ever travel with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fortunately the staff are very friendly and helpful. Reason for two star. However, the way they speak of the punctuality is not translated into action. But that is the training that the management has imbibed in the staff.
Secondly, the delay is not communicated - like the airlines and railways, the bus is on its way and will be arriving shortly. Shortly is a subjective term or misnomer.
The toilet facilities are horribly maintained and they are not responsible for the same it seems. This definitely is a black mark about the PM vision.
