★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to treat and consult a 3 weeks old kitty who was vomiting and dehydrated. The vet made me purchase costly medicine without proactively telling how to feed such a young kitty . The medicines and supplement had 0 effects and the kitty died next morning. The diagnosis itself was wrong .Pls dont collaborate with such below standard unprofessional vet to waste our times and also waste a precious animals life.The store staff behaviour and ambience is good nonetheless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the space is small, ANIMAL PRIDE CLINIC is well organised and well stocked.Personnel are cooperative and proactive. Dr.Subir Bhattacharjee is just about the best vet in Kolkata. Am lucky that Animal Pride Clinic is available for the treatment and welfare of my beloved Sundari and Alladi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pet shop is good as it has all the necessary products needed for pet and food for them. Doctors are also available on appointment and vaccinations done for dogs and cats. Behaviour of the staff are very polite. But the thing is I don't know if they are unaware of the fact that Rabbies do not spread from bites and scratches of Rabbits. But they do anti rabbies vaccination for rabbits also they said they sell bath products for rabbits. Bathing and using soap and other products on rabbits are strict NO!!! I think PET SHOPS should have little knowledge on exotic animals. All logics on cats and dogs are not applicable for exotic animals like rabbits and guineapigs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Animal Pride is a brand new pet shop where you can buy anything and everything about pets. They have a large collection of items. Veterinarian doctor is also available here. Dr. Subir Bhattacharya who sits here for four days a week. Vaccination is done here and you will get all sorts of medicine as well.
They accept payments through all sorts of online options. They are neat and clean. The behavior of the staff is quite friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing about this place is that they have a great collection of toys for even large breeds. Most of the other places in and around Kolkata sell toys which are not good for the pet. Then they have a great collection of medicines and treats. The proprietor and the store manager are very warm and helpful. The ambience is also great and there's a positive vibe about the place. In addition to that parking is not an issue and it can be easily located. They would be just perfect if they start keeping products and treats from 'Natural Remedies' and some more squeaky toys for big dogs.
