★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attaching the grooming work of Mr Shambhu at Animal planet of Salt Lake BD Block. Just see how brutally he has cut my pet’s hair .Sorry I could not upload the photo. I will never recommend this place for grooming.
As owner you should rectify . It’s not a fake review .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fish prices is very much high… if a person visit galiff street they can get same quality fish in reasonable price…. Bought 2pcs parrot for 1700rs where as from galiff street it was 450 pair.. and i know the owner will comment by saying its a fake review.. to the people out there go and check the price on both the sides
Edit: oh please i have seen ur quality.. in the name of quality u guys are cheating people hard earned money..
Edit: quality?? Dont make us laugh... the one who comes again and again doesn't know the real thing out there in the market so please keep all ur justification and clarification with you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad grooming service. I brought my golden retriever and there are visible lines where he trimmed the hair to his skin. He didn’t blend his hair, didn’t comb, he just trimmed. He also doesn’t care about the safety of the dog or about his feelings wether the dog is scared or afraid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Pet Shop located in Saltlake BD block . It is behind the BD market so you have to enter the block , come straight where the market finishes and take left turn from corner . Go straight and on your left hand side you will see Animal Planet pet care center.
It's a nice place and have visited it multiple time though years coz I have two pets. They not only keep pet care food, grooming stuffs and toys but also have doctors to see your pet and they also keep their medicines. All under one roof.
In case u live in Newtown Kolkata you can visit their other outlets, one in Newtown Mela Ground and another one is in City Center 2 . Please check if the doctor is available in CC2 coz I've never taken my pets there so I don't know. Feel free to contact them. Oh! In case you are planning to get a pet , you can get them here as well.

Anyways never got and found any cheaper products there... May b they are trying to maintain the quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude doctor. Staff is equally bad. Took my cat to him. Didn't even look at him. Just prescribed regular medicines for humans. After insisting that he take a look at the cat, the doctor said that he doesn't want to touch the cat. horrible experience. Just money making business
