★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unnecessarily expensive. With their huge charge they have no option for card payment. I got an X-ray done for my cat for which I was charged Rs. 600/- , but they only provided the plate & no report. Totally unprofessional attitude & inept at handling animals properly. Area is extremely small. Charge is so exorbitant, yet they cannot provide a proper sitting place for the animals & their owners. Some doctors love referring to that place for the reason well understood. I would not advice people to visit that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Worst Place, I am requesting everyone never visit Vetlab who are so Unprofessional & Behavior is so Rude can't Imagine, We asked for some Tests over the phone, The Owner of the Lab Siddhartha Roy someone who behaved so rudely & then called back to me & threaten why I have discussed with my Family member that Behavior is so rude & shouting over the phone & said I don't care what you said. I will request everyone not to go & they are doing business only with Innocent Babies. I will case a file against Vetlab. Worst Behavior I have ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst attitude and cares just for money, nothing else. They took blood sample for Rick fever which is a serious concern, and promised reports the day after next. Which was a Sunday. When called, they said Sunday closed, don't worry it is just a alip of tongue. The owner received my call as we were distressed and promised to call back in an hour. NO RESPONSE. Next day they spent more time in arguing and childish replies than working towards the report. The lady named Sancucta or something is really rude and immatures in her conversations.
I am going to a different pathology lab in future and avoid these chaps.

VetLabs responded and just proved my point. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your Kolkata Lab service is very poor and they are too rude . I had already made an appointment on 19-11-20 at 12.00 noon. I reached their lab at 11.20 am. They said it will be after 3.00 pm. The appointment I made has no value. I'm walking around with a sick dog now. I think I can get better service from any other lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So unorganised. I was asked to wait outside inspite of having a waiting room.
They took my number and told me I’m number 4.
I waited from 130-530 in my car because I had no other place to wait with my dog and got no call from them.
I used to like this place but I will never in my life use vet lab again.

This is the first of its kind in this area .
This is really helpful for the better diagnosis and treatment of the pets and to keep their fitness .
More over the the owners of the pets what comes to the nearby one veterinary clinic get an added advantage to avail samples of their pets' blood and others specimen for better diagnosis at the laboratory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last place you should go if you need medical services for your pet. My dog was asked to come late for USG cause he is almost in his deathbed, so that he doesn't have to wait. He was made to wait in the car for 4 hours. Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour from the staff. They don't even deserve the single star but no option to rate lower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place with my pet dog for some tests. This place is really well organized and they efficient way of handling things. All the queries are promptly resolved. The staff is very helpful. I woul really take a moment to appreciate the owner, Sanjucta. She was very kind enough to check on the status of the process at every stage. Due to some reason, the blood report was delayed by a day but she made sure to see it gets delivered to me on time. Also, my pet really felt very comfortable at this place. She didn't even panic for a second. Would definitely recommend this place. The staffs are also very well behaved and knowledgeable. Great experience.
