I found this gem of a place to fix so many issues with my phone, I showed up at their door and right away started helping me, thank you so much for the fast and extremely helpful service, no need to go elsewhere for any cellphone issues. Keep doing the same great work guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store with a water damaged laptop with a working motherboard. After keeping it for a day and conducting diagnosis they informed me the damage was repairable. However, even after shelling out a good amount of money, my laptop did not even last for a day after I recieved it back from the store. Later after the second diagnosis, I was informed that this time around the motherboard had crashed and needed replacement which would be almost cost half the price of my laptop! Peculiarly enough the technician was still not able to provide me the reason for my motherboard to get permanently damaged just after I brought it back from the store, which is just unacceptable. If he did notice that there were certain irregularities with the motherboard he ought to have informed me durring the first diagnosis itself rather than saying it can be repaired.
Needless to say the first diagnosis performed by the technician was either faulty or incomplete with a temporary fix. Perhaps if I gave it to some other technician, I would have been able to save my laptop which had valuable data in it. All in all, my salvageable laptop is permanently dead now and also the money I spent for repairing the laptop was a complete waste. In addition to this there seems to be no proper communication with the owner and the technician, they seem to shift the blame on each other, which is just appalling considering the fact they work for the same unit.
Having said that the owners don't have bad intentions and were cordial and apologetic in their behaviour but it's kind of pointless considering the circumstances.
They really need to step up their game by really looking into the technicians appointed by them and consider how capable they are.
I wish them the very best.
