★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't ever call for home collection for new born. My baby is 6days old. I booked home collection for my Baby someone name bapi came for collection.he pricked 5 time but could not able to collect blood at all and given an exquse that its not possible to take blood before 12 days after birth as the blood flow is very slow...(my baby had given blood for TSB at devine hospital Beliaghata on the 2nd day of his birth and the collector pricked at 1st chance.... My baby cried for pain and as he pricked so unprofessionaly that blood cloted and blue spot is their in his hand and legs is so pathetic so unexpected from shyam medical I am very unsatisfied pleased please people do t try genu ever for your baby....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. They did not mentioned about the time of report Dilivary before the taking the sample and later they have informed that the PTH test report will take 5-7 days. I couldn't not consult to the doctor due to lack of test report. I have doubts about the test accuracy as well. I will suggest everybody to think twice before going for any test to this center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont know about Genu path lab but when I call for an appointment of doctor for simple cough/cold & fever symptoms then their management & doctors connect with them are so irresponsible that being as a patient I visit 2 times in A single day but their panel of doctors have no time to even pick up Genu phone despite repeated calls. Genu providing a very low category immature service. I never recommend anybody Genu. Their Shyamnagar branch service is totally bogus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very neat and clean Diagnostic center at Shyamnagar Road. 5 minutes walking distance from Jessore Road. Nearest landmark is Natural City apartment. An ECG test cost Rs 350.
A huge list of doctors are available for communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall infra is good and located on main road, ease of access. My first experience was not good; not for the service but for a specific doctor who mishaved repeatedly. But after registering complaint with Genu, immediate action was initiated against the doctor , and the owner personally apologize for the misdeed of the doctor. I'm very much satisfied with the service and prompt action. All essential diagnosis are done and the owner and staffs are very cooperative. Good work by Genu and Sasta Sundar.
