★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately Google does not have option for minus ratings hence 1 star. I took my German Shepherd (3yrs) at this clinic for doing CBC on 14th Apr. Last CBC was done on 9th Apr at another lab that showed his platelet count of 140 hence a repeat CBC was advised. On 14th Apr repeat CBC was done at Animal Profile Pet Clinic that showed platelet of 435 (I was surprised with sudden rise in his platelet and all other values) hence thought of repeating the test again on next day ie on 15th Apr in 3rd lab and this time the platelet count again was 138.
I called up clinic to understand the huge difference in the count and spoke to Mr. Gaurav whose response was ours is more accurate as we do it on machine if you do test in 10 different labs and compare results it is going to show a difference.
I understand the difference of values between 2 labs but I fail to understand the difference of 435 versus 138 in platelet count.
So the bottom line is IF YOU LOVE YOUR BABIES, YOU CANNOT ONLY DEPEND ON ANIMAL PROFILE CLINIC FOR DIAGNOSIS AND RESULTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone for a blood test & xray for my pet.
They asked me to stand out while they did the blood test which I dint like. I have been to many many vets and I have never faced this issue of having to stand out while my pet is sick and alone inside without me. My pet was yelling while she was inside.
Also after I returned from here she had tons of fleas and eggs.
My sick cat without any fleas and when she returns she has fleas and eggs all over her, this is the worst a sick pet pet can go through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional Dr. Shame on you as a human being. You all guys are still alive in this hardest time of COVID ?
So here is the main topic on 6th January 2022 I went to this clinic with my female pug who is pregnant from last 65days.
So these people asked me to do x-ray and sonography so I did in their clinic and they show me the result of sonography which is normal and 5 puppies alive in stomach.
And then they asked me to do surgery of female to get puppies out the stomach.
But I also told them to give oxytocin first then in worst case we will do surgery.
They told me that they don't have oxytocin.
Then i decided to continue the treatment in another clinic.
And in after 5 min I took my female to move to another clinic.
Then suddenly my female started pushing and I ran to Dr. Saying female is pushing for puppy they said take female inside and they started doing delivery and they asked me to stand outside .
After 5min one dr. came to me and said it will charge 16k for delivery.(Which is unexpected)
So I asked them what you guys are doing now they said oxytocin diya hein abhi deliver process mein hein or iske liye 16k lagenga.
Then i asked them - Jab meine start mein aap logon ko bola tha k oxytocin de do toh aap logon k paas nahi tha toh abhi kaise aaya...
And they started talking to me rudely.
Fir meine bola k mujhe nahi Karna delivery mein ghar le jaunga female lo.
Toh unhone mere se fees bharvaya pehele and fir female diya....
Or jab mein meri female ko le kar clinic se nikla tab meri female ne i puppy ko birth diya or mein waha baith kar meri female ka delivery kar raha tha or ye sab Dr. Waha khade ho kar deakh rahe the....
Doctor k naam par dhabba hein ye clinic.
Inko doctor ki degree kisne diya.
Aise doctors k certificate baned kar k inko jail mein dalna chahiye...
Jo bhi ye comment msg padh raha hein mein aapko request karunga k aise fraud clinic or dr. k against fight karna hi chahiye...
Jo Dr. Animals ki care nahi kar sakta vo ky Dr. Banega. Fake certificate le kar toh koi bhi clinic open kar sakta hei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pixie, our 6-year-old beagle, died on 3rd December. We visited only this clinic and consulted the Vet for Pixie’s ailments. The Vet tried his best, but Pixie could not survive. This review is not only for this clinic but a review of what happened so pet parents should be aware of the mistakes we did. Although Animal Profile Clinic tried improving Pixie’s health, we as Pet parents did the grave mistake of relying only on them for the pet’s health consultation. We should have taken a second opinion. Precautions which we could have taken on the night of her demise, should have been told to us by the Vet, this was not given because the Vet was assured that Pixie’s condition is improving. The Vet prescribed the medication of 4 days saline, with no food, no water for Pixie. Pixie survived that for 2 days. This is a standard procedure the Vet said, and we agreed. Later, after her demise, I found out two of my acquaintance’s pets died exactly of same procedure. I am not questioning this procedure but if your Vet recommends this procedure please take second opinion, cause this regime, as we got to know very late, is extremely hard on your pet. We appreciate the Vet asking us to come at 3 am in the morning for checking Pixie although she was no more when we got there.
