Pet Name: Sasha 2 year old Female Labrador Reason for Visit: Spaying Date: 11th Nov, 2021. As soon as Sasha turned 2 years old we decided to get her spayed. We were firm on not getting the procedure done through our regular vet hence got in touch with Crown Vet, Aundh. The receptionist borrowed some time to arrange a callback from Dr. Preeti and she did get back to us in a couple of hours. She explained the entire procedure (pre, during and post) in fine detail thus building our confidence and putting away all our apprehensions. On the 10th Nov, we got her blood tests done and the doctor called us back in less than an hour to discuss the results. On the 11th, the spaying happened as planned and was a success. The reason why I mentioned β€˜success’ is because one of my friend’s lost their pug during this procedure at a different vet. They allowed us to take home Sasha only after she regained complete consciousness! We have decided to stick to Crown Vet for all future vaccinations, medical queries or whatever be the reason. Huge shoutout to Dr. Preeti for being ever so patient in hearing us out and putting at rest all our worries. Highly recommended!! #GetSpayed

We have been visiting crown vet and the staff here is very professional and skilled. Dr.preeti has been great for our dog coco and has helped her through vaccinations and check-ups. Also helped us effectively when our dog caught tick fever and was diagnosed early and effectively. Really recommend this place for your pets.

Update: The doctor got in touch with me personally after becoming aware about my issue and it was a miscommunication between the internal team of crown vet - that led to delayed response. She provided the information to further the case of my dog's so that I can form an informed decision. Thanks for reaching out. ---------- I took my dog to crown vet to get a second opinion on her injured leg which requires surgery because of her ligament tear. The doctor was attentive and did a check up on her leg. She then suggested that her xray report needs to be shared with her and since she doesn't perform orthopedic surgery, she will consult another doctor who is qualified for the same. I sent her the reports and after 3 days of continuous follow up, I don't get any response from her. I called the clinic to remind her and the person managing said they will pass on the message. The third time I call them and they said that she's on leave for 15 days. She didn't respond to my email, neither she forwarded it to the relevant vet for consultation, nor she responded to me saying that she's unavailable, so I can directly contact the other doctor. This was very irresponsible from her and the clinic's end and I had to wait only to get no response and no firm answer for it. I had heard positive feedback of this clinic and hence I took a chance to consult them, little did I know, I would be left unanswered and my dog's case wasn't taken seriously. They may be good doctors but they need to be responsive to the patients who follow up and wait for such an important decision to be made. I'm sharing this to ensure this doesn't happen with others and I hope that the doctor and clinic wouldn't be partial towards the animals in need and take every case seriously.

Waring Please avoid visiting Crown vet Here's my experience why? 1- the vaccination record of my dog was shown and clearly mentioned that she was not given kennel cough before and they just gave one shot ,saying booster is not required and next when I took another dog, they made me give a booster so I again asked that why my previous dog is not given a booster, the response was since its a house pet there is no requirement of booster but since this dog may have to be admitted in the shelter so a booster is required. So now when my dog suffered from kennel cough and I told her new vet that she is given the shot but because she is not given a booster, she suffered through kennel cough 2 - the regular doctor preeti at crown vet was not present and so new doctor was there. I had taken a dog with pyometra and surprisingly such a fancy clinic doesn't have a ultrasound machine. I was sent somewhere else for ultrasound sound and she was pyometra positive. The pdf where she it stated that she is pyometra positive was only send to crown vet and they immediately scheduled some test and a surgery but they were requested multiple times by me to send a whatsapp contact to share the details of the ultrasound but they didn't agree and kept calling me to from both their clinics for a surgery. One of their vet called and said sry for the confusion ,plus tried getting in touch with the details after a day but this irresponsible behavior was a risk to my dogs life 3- then don't allow u to be with ur dog always so difficult to trust them with treatment 4- they scheduled a surgery without studying the history of the dog ( the surgery was scheduled at kalyani nagar where am not aware about the vets present there and before scheduling the surgery no one made a point to understand the history of the case) 5- they care about money more than the pets since a new replacement vet was there when the regular dr wasn't there would have literally killed my dog 6- basic thing like a booster vaccine to be given was not given 7- they convince u only to go for 7in1 vaccine and not the other once

My dog Olivia had to undergo hysterectomy for pyometra. We were very anxious as Olivia was 8 years old and general anaesthesia at that age is a risk. We took her to Crown Vet Aundh. Dr Preeti and her team are very skilled. Despite being an extensive surgery , Olivia recovered very fast. She was groggy the first day but was walking around and eating from the next day. Her stitches were almost healed on 3rd day. Highly recommend Crown Vet Aundh!
