★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Animal planet is one of the best place in kolkata for pets. specifically lake terrace branch.it's a safe place for our pets..all the stuff behaviour is very good. grooming's place is very nice and clean.i am fully satisfied ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly they are not at all professional, they do not even know what brushes are used to comb a shihtzu under coat...They do not even have a professional grooming set up done
Secondly I mentioned them that my shihtzu has knots and I want to give it a trim..what they did was they started to comb it roughly and you can see the results...
Lastly look what they did to my retrievers fur!
There are many more points to be mentioned...but I can’t waste my time on this.
Shame on your professionalism..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor misdiagnosed my friends dogs case totally. The furry baby was an Indie so she wud not even touch him. He was a fully vaccinated home pet. My friends paid 33 thousand and her misdiagnose killed their beautiful baby. Only interested in selling expensive products. Never take your furry baby to that useless woman.

The doctor Dr. Ashimi Das and the people here are just hands down the best. The absolute best. I applaud them for the wonderful work they are doing and hope that they keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good store. Good stock bit the vet is careless. very unhygienic, misdiagnosed my cat and gave her expensive meds without tests. She was not wearing gloves. My cat got mange after visiting her. My friend's cat also got mange from her while she was pregnant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vet is decent at diagnosis but unprofessional. She does not sanitize in between sick animals, causes contaminations and blames others, rude to people who are first time pet owners for not knowing something. The store itself if good. Not the vet.
