★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a parcel of 20cts aquamarine from this company. Photos of the colours were great but the delivered products were pale in saturation and tone. Look at the photos to see the difference yourselves! Totally not what I was expecting for sure! I specifically told Ankit that I already had hundreds of carats of commerical grade aquamarine and needed Santa Maria type colour with deep saturation and tone BEFORE BUYING. I was sleptical at first but he claimed the colours to be Santa Maria and even backed them up with photos to quell my suspicions (see attached)!
Upon me giving feedback about the colour, first he sounded sincere and apologetic but kept saying he would get back but never did. Endless delays and false promises followed.
He then tried to tell me that the stones sols to me were top quality and there was no problem with the stones whatsoever! I understand that commercial quality is okay to some, but cclaiming them to be finest santa maria colour is just misleading dishonest!
Our company tried for weeks to find a resolution by offering return shipping on my part, taxes borne by me and a token sum for the time spent but they kept avoiding my calls and gave excuses about being busy, hosting a delegation and that communication systems were bloched, he was talking to his senior managenent (surprise, Ankit himself is the boss!!!!!) etc etc. Upon last contact, he hung up on me, and finally stopped answering altogether.
