On 19-05-2021 I had ordered medicine over phone of Rs 9536 & made online payment via paytm but later I reduce some dose of medicine & requested them to refund the balance amount, for which they agreed. An assurance was given that refund will be made next day after the online settlement. Next day when I enquired about my refund, they assured me next day they will definitely refund my money. Whole this process had continued for 5 days, each time when I used to call them they used to assured that refund will be made by today or tomorrow but the day had never come. I am in deep mental sock with such unprofessional behaviour.
I have lost my money, so its a humble request from all of you to think twice before placing order to them.
I have proof too.
