★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No basic sanity. Butcher uses dirty hands to cut meat, I explicitly asked him to atleast use gloves and he said we are short on gloves!! Owner doesn't take much care, he took my money and forgot to give me my change back. Plus there is barely any crowd, which makes me fear the extent to which they are extending their stock's shelf life.
