★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. Rowdy staff. They took my order in their notebook in front of me and promised to deliver the medicines at my place the next day. As ruthless as they can get, they missed the delivery and didn't even bother to call up or follow up. All the more, the staff said you forget the past and talk about the present - supposedly, past is their boss' problem and not theirs. So much for customer service. My personal advise, go to other pharmacy stores ( there are a lot of options in and around 250m area ) and never visit this store. Bunch of rude staff. Uncle (owner) himself is nice but the staff is pathetic. I am not surprised, these pharmacy stores are getting beaten up by online e portals ...!
