★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy medicines to the Tardeo Outlet Next to Bhatia Hospital, OOOHHH MY God such Bloddy staff never seen in my lifetime,, Arrogant, Aggressive Rude cheap Behaviour with the customer Ready to Fight ,the Blacky guy wearing the grey T shirt shiit the way he treated really not acceptable,,Request to take Strict action or will take it further in legal waysss.The organization really has to look in to this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even i m der regular buyer n member 10% discount all gives chemists near me but dey say some products. For eg himalaya products i get 10% discount chemist near me but they dont give. Service is very poor

When they are caught and explanation is requested it's simple computer error.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They Will promise 10% discount otherwise but the main medicines which are also expensive, they Will conveniently not give the discount and not even inform before billing which you can get at all the 4 chemists around.
We ordered our medicine at 9 pm after getting my mother's covid report and they sent the medicines 2 buildings away at 11pm knowing we will not return at that time. They should have informed in advance that they do not provide 10% discount on select medicines.

By far the worst customer service ever. You won't be able to return any products, even if they have been give due to their mistake. They will make you wait even if they are not doing anything. They will not apologise for their mistake because they have a "BRAND" name. But only short lived if they continue. Show them this review each time the do disservice to show the power of customers.
