β β β β β the service is really good. There is prompt response from the nursing station at anytime of the day, night. The house keeping staff also is active. & maintains cleanliness & provides prompt response to any of your requirements. The toilet are clean & others facilities area also good. Overall good care &experiencesβ₯

β β β β β My brother was admitted for surgery of shoulder for 2 days....under Dr. Vengsalkar in BHATIA HOSPITAL. They charged Rs.2.6 LACKS for 2 days excluding the cost of surgery and sutures... BHATIA LOOT HOSPITAL should be its correct name... FOOD :- KADI RICE AND ROTI ALU.

β β β β β Its like any other private traditional hospital. Not posh like the latest entrants in Mumbai. Due to the infrastructure work, the front of the hospital is completely dug up. Reaching the gate itself is an issue. Forget the parking. The road outside is always full. The quality of facilities available in the hospital are very good. Though the experience each one faces is different and subjective. Space inside the hospital and reception is a bit congested.

β β β β β Pathetic hospital.
Dr H Thakkar , his assistant Dr Sawant and full icu team is very arrogant. They never update, don't allow to see the critical patient even once a day. Inspite of saying no to ventilator, they emotionally blackmail you and put ventilator, just to extract more money.
2 day icu charge was 2.25 lakh and ultimately patient died. Very costly.
At the same time, 7 days iccu charge of BSES hospital was 1.7 lakh. (For same patient)
Don't trust Dr Hemant Thakkar.. He is busy in giving interviews in media channels. He has no time for patient.
Bhatia hospital management should remove him . And get patient and relative friendly intesivist team.

β β β β β It's a nice hospital, hygiene is on pint, food is nice, staff's are really co.operative. In total a great hospital, with great hospitality and a must recommend.

β β β β β Hospital is located at highway so its always easily accessible for public and easy to find out.. structure of the building is very good and well maintained. Also medical facilities are available just outside the hospital so its very convenient for one to get all the necessary medicines as soon as possible.

My father is admitted he is in ICU and the hospital is only worried about their money.
The worst thing about it that they don't allow family members and they don't have any visiting time in ICU.
Only one person in a day can go and see the patient in ICU.
