β β β β β i have been in this hospital for my husband's surgery. This hospital treat patients with respect and take care of even the small comforts of patients. Relatives need not do the running around for even discharge formalities. Everything is done by floor management . Most importantly this hospital has good nurse to patient ratio. There is variety as per patients likes even in diabetic food. And the doctor Mrs Jyoti Dhabolkar who operated my husband is so dedicated that even post surgery she was available at any time to talk for even minute issues. this is a model hospital.

I was a little worried about the whole process of getting operated on. However, the entire journey from getting admitted to getting discharged was very smooth.
The entire support staff is very very helpful and friendly. I had my father with me all the time but with the amount of care and caution that was practised by hospital staff, I felt even if someone needs to be admitted without an attendant, he/she would be well taken care of.
Also at the time of discharge, the accounts team took care of all the paperwork related to my insurance claim and hence the entire stay & surgery was cashless :)
Thank you once again Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital.

β β β β β My mother in laws CT scan done on 25 the Feb at Reliance foundation hospital . The Radiology and diagnostic area is very neat, clean and well maintained. The support staff was helpful and caring during her procedure. We were guided well by the reception staff. We appreciate the entire teams support and efforts that they put in. God bless u all . Thank you ? for making my family member comfortable.

β β β β β A HUGE and happy improvement on the food! This is our fifth stay here, so I have something to compare with. The last time we were here we actually took discharge on food issues!!
And this time, the food is the best part! Innovative menus, tasty meals etc. Good job on upping the fnb.
The house keeping staff can be better oriented. Try and focus on training then too. They mean well Iβm sure, but donβt know the tricks of the v trade.

β β β β β I did my brain surgery here. It was pre-planned. My neurosurgeon suggested me this hospital. My brother knew about this hospital and he did all the initial formalities which was very smooth. However admission process was little bumpy. Prepare yourself for long wait time if you aren't lucky. I guess that's because this is one of the best covid free hospital out there. The staff, the range of equipments, FnB, rooms and cleanliness all were excellent.

Everyone right from registration to injecting and waiting post jab, courteous n very helpful and smiling. Must visit this place for getting it done professionally r,right way and they checked n make sure about previous jabs at multiple stage for eliminating any mismatch or confusion. Great service.
