★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father and mother were admitted in Jaslok for their Kidney transplant surgery, the staff and nurses made the process very easy for us in terms of billings, followups, etc. The doctors are very helpful and kind. The staff come in and keep checking on the patients needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am coming from West Bengal twice in a year, since 2011 to till now under treatment of Dr Rushi Deshpande (is an amazing doctor ) and his team.
The whole experience such a wonderful experience, from admission to discharge and the whole treatment process .
Thank you Doctors, nurses and all the staffs for giving me good behaviour as a family member.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall very good experience. The entire staff (medical & non medical) are extremely courteous and the entire stay and recovery has been extremely good. Special Thanks to Dr Susheel Bindroo who has taken utmost care of my Mother - Lilavati Shetty (age 73) and must say a very optimistic person, his optimistic words helped my mother sail through her recovery. The entire team of Jaslok Hospital is doing an extremely wonderful job by putting themselves at risk at this crisis hour of COVID. Jaslok Hospital always leaves fond memories of all the courteous persons around. Keep the great work going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was fine. The doctors as well as the staff were very cordial in their interactions. The only thing that needs improvements was the food services. Especially the food for the attendees should include more menu options. Except that everything else is pretty good.

From being a postgraduate student in the department of Radiodiagnosis at Jaslok to seeking elective/emergency medical care for my family, I have always found myself blessed to be a part of Jaslok. A special gesture of fondness and gratitude towards the department of Cardiology and Medicine, for being outstanding in every aspect of patient care and benevolence. The doctors of Jaslok are not only the most skilled and knowledgeable but also the most generous and amiable. The staff of Jaslok, right from those who greet you at the entrance to the ones who make your hospital stay comfortable to those who help you along in little ways now and then, is an asset of the hospital. My good wishes and prayers for the entire crew, the hospital and the patients.

Jaslok Hospital has always been the 'Go To' hospital for me for any unforeseen difficult situations pertaining to health. The doctors are highly qualified which gives you the assurance that you are in safe hands. The overall warmth and care that the patient gets right from the doctors to the nurses is beyond words. The staff is extremely courteous.
A special word of gratitude to all the doctors and the staff there who have always been there in difficult times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hospitals I’ve ever been to. This is our family “Go To” hospital and I was also born here. This is one hospital for all kind of medical solutions and has the best and very famous doctors in all domain.
My dad has undergone for multiple surgeries here including bypass surgery. All the doctors, surgeons, staff and nurses are really nice, honest and supportive. The rooms are very nice and depending on budget one can have a private lounge room for patient.
There is always one attending with patient and sleeping and staying arrangement is very well made.
The ICU’s are also technologically advanced and the person attending ICU patient has a dedicated sleeping arrangement as well.
Overall very well managed and patient care is well taken care off. Right from the OPD incharge Mr. Shailesh Sawant till the senior most doctors, everyone is humble and have always been very supportive.
Thank you to all the doctors staff and nurses who took care of my parents whenever they were here.
