★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a peaceful and wonderful place to live in..The most silent patch of Magarpatta with fresh air from the lush green trees stretching from Hadapsar railway station till Annexe building.. Beautiful sight to watch with an early morning cup of tea..Birds keep chirping and add their own flavor..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The flats in C to G are smaller as compared to A1. I believe they are smallest 2BHKs in Magarpatta.
The fine dust particles in air are dense. Thanks to open land nearby. Also, This is in comparison to other Magarpatta Societies and flats that are enclosed with each other.
Security is mixed bag. Some of them are nice and cooperative but few don’t know how to talk. They have created trouble for residents without applying mind. If Magarpatta security reads this comment, please remove such persons instead of warning them.
Construction seems good. Fortunately, We don’t have problem related to seepage ( which is common at many Magarpatta societies and here too) but overall construction seems good.
It is home for many families and bachelors but if you are looking to buy or rent within Magarpatta, do evaluate other options as well.
