Bandra store customer service,my experience has been sad, especially the tall dark straight haired store manageress. Which is why the lone star. I feel unwel comed,everytime i step in.
So have switched now to some other greater indie
handloom stores. Please survey your stores and improve service standards as customer s expect the best today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the things at anokhi. In fact all my bed sheets, table cloths, napkins, cushion covers are from anokhi. The one in Bandra has more choices than the one in town. They also make great things for gifting which are really affordable. My only problem is their exchange policy. They make it so difficult to exchange things. In this day and age every shop has an exchange policy or returns. They should also think about changing their policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE LOVE LOVE Anokhi fabrics and especially their napkins, table clothes and travel bags for sundries. Their clothing too appeals. I would give 5 stars if we were discussing the South Bombay store - they are very helpful and well stocked. The Bandra store is a different matter: understocked, lesser selection, and the staff can be prickly and surly, they are so different, like different business entirely. Skip the Bandra store and head to the SOBO store for best experience.
