★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaters in disguise. We had ordered 4 wedding lehengas for which they gave us timeline of 45 days but kept delaying the delivery. After 60 days they said that the designers has delayed the delivery and that they cannot do anything. They will only be able to give one of bride's lehengas after marriage date. The funniest part is now they were saying the ordered fabric is not available hence we will have to select a new one. What more, nor the Store Staff nor the Manager had any guilt for their mistake as they kept giving foolish excuses. Incidentally there was another customer with same complaint of prolonged delay in the store while we were talking to the manager.
Finally, after taking the manager to the nearest police station they agreed to alter and give us a altogether new dress of our choice. Please please please don't buy anything from these cheaters...

I have been shopping online with Pernia’s Pop Up Shop for several years, including outfits and jewelry for my wedding, and have always had a great experience. The clothing is always packed with care and the shipping time is fast. Lately I’ve had help from sales assistant Khushboo who helps me sometimes customize my order and also helps me find what I’m looking for. Great customer service! They also have sales that save you some money on beautiful designer outfits. Highly recommend if you live outside of India and need a trustworthy and efficient way to buy high quality and designer clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is particularly disappointing. Asked to arrange few selected kundan necklaces from their online options for trying out in store before purchase. It was told to us, that it's possible to arrange those items within 2-3 days.
Despite being a customer, we had to follow up with the store. Didn't expect such passive response. Unnecessarily holding up purchase of jewelry. We could have saved precious time looking elsewhere if you weren't interested in arranging for a in-store trial in the first place. Avoid at all costs.

I booked my wedding lehenga from here and allowed them a good 3 months time to delivery ; their normal delivery span is 45 days, however we maintained our patience until the product was ready which was almost 90 days after we placed the order…
The lehenga arrived completely different and the customizations requested during the order were COMPLETELY OFF CHARTS!! Not A Thing as Per The Order!! Imagine the frustration caused when the wedding is just 2-3 weeks away…
We had to rush and buy a wedding lehenga from another store, on the spot, without the customization!!! A big compromise FOR THE BIGGEST LIVE EVENT, isn’t it ?!
After SUCH A BIG BLUNDER, these people wouldn’t even refund the money and not answer phone calls and cause mental and emotional trauma …
I am writing this review to spread awareness as I don’t want anyone to suffer like I did especially for the ONE BIG DAY OF OUR LIVES , which we trusted them with !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was assisted by John in selecting and designing my Kurta pajama and bundi. He’s a very patient guy and genuinely good at customer service. I really liked the way he helped me in the process and his communication while my selected item was being stitched. Since I live outside India, he kept giving me updates on when it would be ready via WhatsApp. I would recommend anyone visiting Pernia’s to ask for John, as he’s a very genuine person and really cares for his clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was first introduced to Pernias Pop-Up Shop by a friend who had a bought a few pieces for their wedding. After having to reschedule my wedding multiple times due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was pretty stressed about my wedding outfits. I couldn’t go to India to do the shopping - the boutiques in the US were mostly OK. I then found Deepika. She helped me choose multiple outfits that were perfectly sewn. I had picked out all the outfits online, and she advised on which would be suitable. She ensured everything was delivered on time. She genuinely was a blessing and is now a friend. She was never too busy for me and she spent so much time caring for my well being despite never meeting me in person. I will definitely be shopping at Pernias again and more specifically with Deepika.
