★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a haircut and colour. Overall the people are nice, went there after reading the reviews. I like their attention to cleanliness, hospitality and the products they use, however, the 5k balayage offer is just a terrible gimmick. I went for this offer because I've had bad results at another reputed salon after paying a huge amount, so thought of trying this out. I wasn't expecting an absolute makeover as offers aren't for that, but rather something basic, at least something presentable but the balayage that I received was a total disaster (what's with the bleach?). Clearly, the offer is for juniors to gain some experience. From what I know, other salons call out for free hair models for experimentation rather than creating such offers. Wouldn't ever go again.

The place feels calm, relaxing and has a good ambience to get yourself styled. The price range is a bit higher than normal but totally worth it. I was frequently asked whether the water temperature was comfortable during hair wash. I loved this place. Will surely recommend and visit this place soon.
