It’s not just the service they provide but also the whole experience that comes with it. The hospitality is top notch. You won’t even need to ask for water or tea. They themselves offer and insist on you taking something at least.
Everyone is so friendly yet professional in their approach here. The soft skills are superlative. While everyone is great, I do have my favourites for sure: Hardik & Aishwarya who are great at the hair department. Amol and Ram are your people for pedicure! Waxing and threading: Reenu, Sushmita and Pooja. And for extensions you have Divya! Andddd at the billing counter you’ll always have the most lovely and the sweetest Pratiksha and Isha. I could go on talking about this salon and the kind of people who work here. They make my coming here so worth it. Not just to get the service done but to leave feeling they way I do every time I interact with them ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, unethical, and absolutely horrendously managed salon! Was a long time member at enrich but with the kind of loot they’ve done and no value for money because of their pathetic services, I had to discontinue my membership, the manager Karl was very kind though, and it’s only because of him I think the salon is even doing okay. The reception staff otherwise has completely ruined it for me, the reputation of the brand is going down and they don’t seem to do anything about it!
Service Staff is great otherwise ??

Gives in the best choice with which manicure or pedicure needs to be done. Also at times goes out of the box to help clients to cater to their needs.

He Man ) ? was indeed marvelous. Not only did he listen to my suggestion and the type of cut I wanted but offered his expertise from the hair style to the products that would suit my hair type. Staff accommodated me without an appointment, were courteous and not pushy with any product purchase .
Thank you Hemant once again , I truly appreciated the customer centric approach you had and how you handled my hair. God Bless you and keep up your good work with those talented hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the senior stylist does not know how to style curly hair at all. he showed me a different colour in the catalogue and applied a completely different one on my hair. this is not the first time something like this has happened. my neck is so sore from the massage during the hair wash that i have to take medication for it. do not recommend this salon at any cost.

I got my monthly pedicure done and I must say that every time I visit I look forward to getting my pedicure/manicure done from Ram only. He’s very professional skilled and humble. Happy feet & hands ?? ?
Also got my hair done, from one and only ?Anita, her skills, service and professionalism is unmatched. She gets my monthly hair care routine in place ?so my hair is bouncy healthy and beautiful. ?♀️?♀️?
Looking forward for this continued professional service from Enrich and team.
