★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did keratin treatment here. She is only after getting more and more customers and wants customers to take more services from her. No cleanliness. Bad condition tools. No music was played during the treatment and the straighteners were not working properly and my hair were plucking out. Bad handling of my hair, they were literally pulling my hair. On complaining, she justified saying its my hair thats difficult to manage as the damage is more and thats why pulling is required. I was sent to another room and then another room as more clients were coming in. The treatment was so stressful and also very expensive. My hair were washed while the water was getting into my ears. Towel wasnt clean. She made me sit under fan and AC after washing my hair due to which i got cold. New clients were making a lot of noise which was so disturbing. She did my haircut also with the fan on and no spraying of water was done. There was no room for new clients but she was stuffing them all inside. I told her i was in hurry, she gave me a wrong time estimate so i take her services. She extended the time estimate little by little and took 8 hours aprx for my keratin and straightening. This was also because she was taking more clients and making me sit longer. I was in hurry and she had her reason to make me sit. Doing business selfishly only keeping money on mind and not seeing customers’ comfort.
