★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I had option to rate negative. I rented a 3bhk here and unfortunately I have been experiencing worst in life. ANSAL is probably the most uncouthed and most outlaw builder of the country. They charge hefty charges for mantainence but everything is poor. No sweeper no backup daily electricity faults are a norm. Avoid buying/renting property here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed in Ansal escensia for almost 5 years and here are my two cents of advice and home owner seekers -
NEVER ever rent or purchase a house in ansal escensia - it's the most creepiest and badly maintained society.
There is no solution to the seepage in all the houses
There is rain water in all ground floor basements
There is termite in all kitchen and wardrobe, it feels that the whole house will collapse some day
There is no pay given to security guards and the waste collectors
They once supplied sewage water in the taps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad place to invest. Lot of water logging during monsoon. No electricity due to local faults as they have provided load to newly constructed area from base load of main society. Poor management. No maintainence at all of any kind. Not even a sweeper to clean the roads.

Many builder have acquired land and are building floors, The only concern is security, street lights, road connectivity & safety of residents.
there is no doubt that it will bloom and shine. But developer needs to provide the basic security & infrastructure outside house as well.

A part of it is completed and inhabited... There are several ready to move flats and several under construction.... Nice open area... With green belts... Quite a distance to the apartments from the gate... Like other townships.... The area around is not very developed yet..
Apartments are 1.55 Cr onward... 3 and 4 bhk

And the best thing is hare that is beautiful view of M3M building wich make with attractive design and more green scenery so i sujjest if you thing about purchase flat so it is the best place for you
