★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Stay Ever.. i really don't know how this resort managed to get the rating of 4.6, lack of room amenities, toiletries were not there, infact if you want anything then you have to rush to the reception as there is no intercom in the room, If you ask for the normal glasses for drinks then you will get the plastic disposable ones.Best part is there is an ala-carte menu but you can't dine inside your room, resort staff warns you every single time they deliver food that even if a single spot on the bed sheet or any room linen found at the time of checkout then you will be charged Rs1000 extra over and above on the room tariff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a fabulous property with a very very warm hospitality...rooms are well maintained...biggest pool in that vicinity...plus can accomodate a huge party and corporate events...I had a blast with my family...it's just the best weekend getaway..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very adamant and rigid and it is like you have to follow their orders or be penalised.
The room service is extremely below standards as the refrigerator was not working, no intercom to connect at reception, no proper toiletries provided. The place is absolutely a big no for families. The staff is over obsessed with ensuring their bedsheets remain clean rather than giving importance and work towards giving their guests a superior customer experience.
There is lack of professionalism and hospitality standards certainly need to be raised significantly. One hour before check out, the staff was knocking on our doors and repeatedly calling out to vacate the rooms.
The pool was not maintained with insects and worms floating around. No checks to maintain cleanliness of the pool were there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice weekend gateway. Polite staff, good food, nice amenities and all within a very affordable price. Not far from the city. Not much of activities though but there is a swimming pool and a well-maintained lawn where one can feel the cool breeze n relax after sunset. They arrange pool-side evening snacks and dinner. So the ambience makes it all the more soothing. I would definitely recommend the place. Friends or with family and kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing there was food. The resort staff was very rude, no intercom to connect to reception, manually needs to go if you want anything, no toiletries were provided. I love pool but was not able to go in this resort’s pool as it was filled with insects and dirt. A big no for family outing and the same no for any outing there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the resort last week and enjoyed a lot.... weather was amazing...we were surrounded by clouds.. beautiful and we'll maintained lawn....they have so many indoor games and organize games too in the evening time....we enjoyed full on....staff is very courteous and polite..... perfect getaway for all ages....food is delicious... specially both veg and non veg.... Would like to visit again sometime soon... Keep up the good work ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, low class resort. We were their with 20 people group for day out but their service, food and everything is very low class.
Their pool is full of insects n water is soo dirty, which shows they never clean their pool regularly even in this covid situation.
Their washrooms are soo smelly n no water supply over their. Staff is rude bno one cares.
I request everyone don’t visit their it’s only waste of time, money only. VERY NAS EXPERIENCE.
