Very pathetic service, false promises, after sales is extremely bad,
I purchased a Tata Tigor car on 24th March 2021,
And just a day ( 55 km ) later found that tyre has cracks, They did not even bother to answer my call ,
Filed a complaint with Tata motors but still no luck, finally gave up ( lost hopes )
Don't even book a car from them.
& Waiting period false information is given, Initially it was told 1.5 months of waiting. Booked a car on 25 december 2020, finally after a big fight & Emails to Tata motors got delivery on 24th March 2021 ( 3 months )
