★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gurugram is running out of plotted residential space fast and Ansal Versalia located at Golf Course Extension road is last plotted spaces in the periphery of Gurugram. After this you will only find plots in Shona or SPR which are not Gurgaon core areas (i. e. Residential Sectors Between Golf Course Road and Shona Road). People are already settled in the adjacent Ansal Esancia and in next 2 years this will be occupied up to 70% as builder floors inventory of 300 plus floors is ready here. So if you are looking for floors or plotted space in Gurugram this is the best achievable option in last few developing residential areas.
NOTE: I am not a property dealer but end user sharing advice for fellow buyers. Let me know if there are better options and these rates as of 2021.
