★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behavior. Their construction is very delayed for Pyramid Pride 76 and bank denied to disburse the demand but Pyramid charging 18% delay interest even mistake of builder. They are interested to get the interest from customer. When I raised my concern regarding 18% interest they told me you are paying interest only us not to bank. You are benefited. But customer is not benefited by paying 18% interest for builder fault. We have to pay interest to bank as well when they disburse the demanded amount. they are fooling customers. Even they are not considering COVID-19 situations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here are my reviews for pyramid. Initially the construction pace of the projects was really good since they launched limited projects and even the customer service was ok. Now, that they have launched multiple projects, they are trying to manage it with existing resources rather than increasing the capacity - purely to maximize the profit at the cost of customer satisfaction. If pyramid infra continue to do so, it will surely be listed among those third class builders like OSB. It's not their fault, as long as india is governed by illiterate and corrupted politicians this will continue and common people like us will suffer till death.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy affordable project from Pyramid Infratech Gurgaon as they will eventually loot you. Following is the status of Urban Homes 2 at Sector 86 Gurgaon which they have handed over :
1. They have formed a bogus company by the name BD (Brahma Dutt) Facility for giving maintenance which is named under one of the Director at Pyramid Infratech. While giving possession they have compelled all owners to pay Rs.10000 as advance for maintenance fee.
2. Monthly Maintenance charges at Pyramid is billed at Rs 3.65 per square feet . This is very high as even luxury society at Sector 50 Gurgaon has maintenance charge lower than this.
3. Quality of construction is very poor, if one drills anything on the wall ,plaster at otherside of the wall comes out. Bathroom fittings provided are of poor quality.
4. Electricity supply taken is also of less than what is mentioned in the Builder Buyer agreement as a result the society experiences frequent power cuts.
I will suggest to avoid booking a flat at any of the affordable housing projects by Pyramid Infratech.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pyramid builder is involved in unlawful activities, they have given car parking to only 300 people out of 1600 in their Gurgaon projects which is illegally not allowed. Allowing selected number of flat owners to access common area for car parking is not justified and reasonable to other flat owners at all and It is creating complete discrimination among flat owners. It totally like selling common area and involved in fraud to society members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pyramid Infratech owners are totally fraud and cheaters. Don't buy their affordable housing flats otherwise you are going to get cry in future. They don't hear any complaints of Customers and treat them really bad. They have delivered very pathetic quality flats and their maintenance fees is even higher than luxury flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A greedy builder with no moral and ethical values. For making money, builder is taking so many unlawful and fraud tactics cheating the customer.If you want peace of mind and don't want to goto Court complaining about unethical moves, better to avoid such builders. You can't trust anything from them, they say something some moment and they deny it. They doesn't have any respect towards customers hard earned money.

Delay in possession, no visit allowed to see construction quality, do not revert emails of your query.
I suggest to think many times before you buy any flat. Your hard earned money may got waste
